It might seem early but why not?!
So…I wanted to be the first to wish you a merry Christmas as we begin our holy season of Advent, preparing our hearts and minds to meet Jesus once again as a baby in the manger.
Those simple two words, Merry Christmas are ones that you should feel free to share with others this month, at the store or elsewhere, because this is something that is important to you that brings joy and hope in your life and why wouldn’t you want to share something good?
Even if the other person doesn’t celebrate Christmas, it’s okay for you to share what’s important to you as a blessing for them, and… it’s okay for them to appreciate your beliefs and celebrations even if they don’t celebrate Christmas themselves.
In our extremely politically correct culture, it’s more than ok to be who you are, to be a Christian, because you can’t control what the other person will say but you can control how you live.
This season, be Christian, say “Merry Christmas!”
